The plaintiff (appellant before this Court) appeals from a judgment of the district court of Eddy County reducing his compensation under New Mexico Workmens Compensation Act, entered on a stipulated judgment based on partial permanent disability to his body as a whole, from 25 per cent. to 20 per cent., as a result whereof his weekly compensation suffered a reduction from $7.50 per week to $6 per week for the period covered by the order of reduction.
